'Posture &
Flexibility' is designed to address the entire body (even hands &
feet) with the aim of creating balance and reduced tension in all
muscle groups. We work through each exercise slowly so that you can
become aware of flexibility and strength imbalances & how these
may be causing problems in other parts of your body.
Stretching allows
you to take control of your well-being and physical health, by creating
a more permanent change in the muscles and fascia....it is far more
effective than just having a monthly massage. Most importantly, stretching
gives you a great feeling of well being.
Whether you have worked the
whole body or just one muscle group, you will feel more relaxed yet
energised after a stretching session.
